Our house comprises several areas: our DAHOAM (private flat) and most of the “BergNah” holiday flat are on the first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find the holiday flat’s separate entrance area, as well as one of the two bathrooms with a shower, toilet and washing machine. There’s also a shop selling gardening equipment, offering both collection and delivery services. Our bright, 110-square-metre holiday flat has four rooms, two balconies, a basement area and a small garden. It is the ideal base for your active holiday in the Berchtesgadener Land. Whether you’re a couple, travelling with the whole family or a motorcyclist: Enjoy spacious living comfort, privacy and a beautiful mountain view right on your doorstep. Three private parking spaces are available right next to the accommodation for your cars and motorbikes. We also have storage facilities on the property for your bicycles. (Subject to change) Arrival Description Travelling by car - Take the A8 motorway (Munich–Salzburg) - Take the Bad Reichenhall exit and follow the B20 towards Piding - It’s only a few minutes’ drive from the motorway exit to Bahnhofstraße - Parking is available right next to the holiday flat Travelling by motorbike - Take the A8 motorway (Munich–Salzburg) - Take the Bad Reichenhall exit and follow the B20 towards Piding - or take the toll-free B20 federal road and then take the Piding exit - Alternatively, you can take a scenic route along the German Alpine Road (B305) over the surrounding mountain passes to Piding and on to Bahnhofstraße - Parking is available right next to the holiday flat Travelling by train - The Piding railway station is on the Freilassing–Berchtesgaden line - Long-distance travellers should travel via Freilassing junction, where you change to the S4, which takes you directly to Piding station in just a few minutes - From the station, you can reach the accommodation on foot in just 1–2 minutes Description of the accommodation This spacious and light-filled accommodation can sleep up to 6 people. It is perfectly laid out with two separate bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a practical, versatile walk-through room. A fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area provides space for leisurely breakfasts, cosy get-togethers and games evenings. Two bathrooms ensure maximum comfort: the flat features one bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet, as well as a second bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine on the ground floor, making daily routines hassle-free. There is a space for drying laundry in the basement. Enjoy the sunshine on one of our two balconies with views of the surrounding mountains and make use of the barbecue facilities in our small garden area. Our free, fast and reliable Wi-Fi ensures you remain flexible and well connected whilst planning your stay. As pets are not permitted here, the flat is ideal for people with allergies. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors in our flat. You are welcome to use our balconies or the garden area for smoking; please use the ashtrays provided.
